Standard cancellation policy :

Free Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, minus deposit paid at time of booking.

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: 100% of total booking will be payable.

If you fail to check-in, 100% of total booking is payable.

Check-in is between 3.30 and 10pm (early check-in may be available by prior arrangement only).

You'll need to let us know in advance what time you'll arrive so that we can be here to welcome you.

Please note, this is a hosted stay so accommodation is not self-contained.

You will be the only guests staying in the 2-room suite so you will have exclusive use of all the guest facilities.

Check-out is by 10am.

Guests must be over the age of 18 yrs.
